Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Hot or Not ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 16.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid phone number or email address to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
- You may only have one account at a time.
4. User-Generated Content
You own your content. By uploading content (text, images, audio, video) you grant Muninn Software a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for operating the App.
You are solely responsible for content you submit. You must not post content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, or harassing.
- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Contains malware or harmful code.
- Depicts non-consensual sexual acts or child sexual abuse material.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
5. AI-Generated Content
The App may include or suggest AI-generated content (e.g. question prompts, suggestions). Such content is provided for convenience and does not represent the views of Muninn Software. Do not rely on it for any important decisions.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.
- Harass, stalk, or threaten other users.
7. Partner Connections
The App is designed for use between two connected partners. You are responsible for who you connect with. You may report and block other users within the App. We will review reports and may suspend or terminate accounts in response.
8. Push Notifications
The App may send push notifications. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings at any time.
9. Advertising
The App currently does not display third-party advertisements. We intend to introduce advertising in the future. When we do, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy and notify you in advance where required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App (excluding user-generated content) — including the name, logo, design, and source code — is owned by or licensed to Muninn Software. You may not use, copy, or reproduce it without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muninn Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €50 if you have paid nothing).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Polish or EU law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
